What does unlimited requests mean?

It means you can create as many design requests as you like. We'll always tackle the top request in your queue and once one design is complete, we'll move onto the next request.

How do I request designs?

You'll have access to your very own Trello board to make requests. It's super-simple to use and offers powerful features. You can share links to Google docs, wireframes, pictures of things you've drawn on a napkin. The more information you can provide the easier it is for us to get started.

How long does each design request take?

This depends on the size of the request. The first iteration of a large complex flow can take a few business days. Something more simple can be next day. We aren't order takers, we work as your partner to help you get where you want to be. Which means we'll make relevant suggestions and help create a sense of teamwork so we can inspire each-other to do great work.

How do I receive my designs?

You’ll receive your designs in Figma format, both as source files and where relevant as a shareable prototype link.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course, you can cancel or pause your subscription any time you wish.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
